Bridesmaids everything you need to know

Bridesmaids: are usually the sister (s) non-married bride or groom. Alternatively, they can also be a close friend. They will liaise with the flange and matron of honour to assist in the selection of dresses, shoes and accessories. Young, or a flower girl so very young, expected to take an active part, their mothers liaises on their behalf.

Bridesmaid (s) must be prepared to meet the bride and initiate to discuss marriage plans and to participate in any additional prenuptial activity to traditional ?Hens? or the night of ?Bachelorette?. They will have to discuss all final equipment purchase, especially if the dress is made. It is essential to clarify who pays for the clothing/outfit.

They will also be expected to:



-attend a rehearsal of marriage
-the day have hair and makeup done and get dressed (see matron of honour headgear)
-then help with a young bridesmaids or flower girl
-leave of ten (10) minutes prior to the bride for the marriage ceremony
-help organize sailing bride?s and train and assist in the performance of the train if necessary marriage
-help to rearrange the train of bride?s marriage as required at the ceremony
-follow behind the bride bridesmaid and head of the aisle
-leave the partnership one of the bailiffs ceremony after the bride and the groom and the matron of honor and best man
-at the wedding reception standing in the line of reception to welcome guests
-distribute slices of wedding cake
-After the return of marriage all hired clothing and accessories

Junior flower girls or boys Page


Junior flower girls and Page boys are: usually nieces, nephews or relatives of the bride and the married. Alternatively, they may be children of the bride and the married. For a young girl, they may have a special role as accompanying their mother alley, or for a boy carrying the ring.


For the juniors, in the age of 7 15 ?, dress can vary from ? a simplified version of the same colour as the matron of honour or a miniature version of the brides. Shoes will be, however, different shoes with low heels of ?, or perhaps the ballet shoe.


Boys usually wear a miniature version of the holding of groom?s or a traditional suite of minature sailors.
