Hospitality and pre wedding activities (manufacture of your guests home feel)


Pre wedding activities and hospitality: that is to say the preparations you can make for your wedding guests. Your initial hospitality should be the introduction of your family to another. I would suggest it is a personal matter and restricted to members of two families. You could be present for additional support, if they are not members of the immediate family for your Chief bridesmaid and best man!


Subsequently, there is the introduction of your guests to other prenuptial activities organized each. These activities are in addition the Bachelor (revenue) parties which should be organized by your Chief bridesmaid and best man respectively. Click here for:

Hospitality of classic wedding pre and activities include:
- for karting, Golf, etc. Paint balling males.
-for spa treatments and beauty of the ladies, the races, lunches, sorties, cinema etc.
-You may decide to organize activities of marriage joint pre-and hospitality, for example, BBQ?s, ten-pin bowling, mini-golf, night pizza, dinner, weekend sailing cruise, murder mystery weekend, hidden ball etc. If you intend to have a traditional marriage, but realize some of your guests will be not be able to participate in dances or for practice, you can organize a weekend of dance lessons to refresh their skills!

Followed by preparations for the same day.


I would suggest that hospitality, particularly for guests who travel abroad, and pre wedding activities would include the following information collection:

- the names, addresses, phone numbers, addresses of hotels, B & B?s email
-book hotel rooms to ensure your place close enough housing
-provide maps and instructions on how to achieve distances
-Book baby sitters/nannies for young children
-provide transport for example, coach, or book the taxi/taxi minibus to transmit your guests between the sites and to prevent any temptation for drunkenness
-Check your itineraries for road tolls and to appoint a groomsman to the kiosk to pay tolls with provided you have given enough coins
-provide the names, addresses and telephone numbers of hairdressing and beauty salons, so guest can reserve the services they need
-provide the names, addresses, telephone numbers of cleaning facilities to dry
-provide local chemist or pharmacy addresses
-Coordinates of the emergency for overseas guests
-marriage allergies.

Having studied all of the foregoing, collect details and ask your printer to gather information. Alternatively, you can have your own Secretary who would be willing to help. If it does not get those fingers tapping! Finally, you can send the information with your wedding announcement.
